Doodle Beads Jewelry is made of the finest ingredients.  All jewelry is handmade and durable. We try to represent our products the best we can, but please note that our jewelry may differ slightly from the pictures due to bead availability or sizing differences. 

Exchanges can be made 14 days from the date of purchase.  We want you to be happy with your purchase so  we will exchange or refund (less shipping) any un-used merchandise you return.  This does not include custom orders.  If you would like to exchange a custom order - we will charge you a 25% fee for our labor cost.

Should your jewelry break within 90 days of purchase, we will repair it or replace it for free.  Repairs needed after 90 days are $5.  Our watch faces have a 90 day manufacture guarantee against manufacture defects. This does not include cracked crystals.  Should you need to exchange or need a repair, send us an email with the details of your return to  info@doodlebeads.com

Include a copy of your receipt and contact information.  Please return in a bubble wrap envelope to protect from damage.  Doodle Beads is not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
